My whanau hail from distant lands. 
My ancestors arrived in Karamea & Greymouth, West Coast and in  Lyttelton, Christchurch and I hold these places dear.
Christchurch is my home.

My Experience

I have been part of a consultancy company for many years – working with teams designing and delivering learning solutions in medium and large organisations. This has included working with NZQA qualifications & moderation.

I have rich experience in learning design, organisational development, capability, teacher education. My most recent role (2021-23) has been leading a large team of Academic, Digital, Organisational Development, Learning & Development professionals through an exceptionally challenging period of change, at Ara |Te Pūkenga.

While I am very familiar with strategy, processes and culture in the NZ tertiary education sector, I have also worked as an independent contractor across Health and Education and in an NGO role.
